馬來西亞環球小姐冠軍「貝兒」吴孟璇來台 Miss Malaysia Universe 2009 Joannabelle in Taiwan

旗下擁有林嘉綺、蔡淑臻、陳思璇等多位名模的伊林，近來廣推新秀來補齊名模斷層。來自馬來西亞的「貝兒」吳孟璇(Joannabelle)，頂著2009年環球小姐的冠軍光環，自然也成為伊林主打的新秀之一。

看到上面那張圖(GQ雜誌)的報導才知道貝兒是馬來西亞人，來台發展，對於馬來西亞而言無疑又是人才外流，但我總相信馬來西亞會因為他們在國際舞台上的認真而發光發熱！孟璇，加油啊！

今年22歲的吳孟璇，頂著172公分33E的好身材，隻身來台發展。她頂著一口還不太流利的中文表示，因為家鄉馬來西亞全年氣候炎熱，所以對台灣冬天濕冷的天氣不太適應。她也坦言欣賞同門師姐林嘉綺與蔡淑臻，期望未來能有更多工作機會，和師姐們一樣成為優秀名模，並期盼能與蔡淑臻一同走秀。

吳孟璇來台發展近三個月，就愛上了台灣。她說，台灣人很親切，閒暇時最愛品嘗台灣小吃，更透露自己常在師姐的帶領下逛夜市、吃小吃，這邊的同事都待他如自家姐妹般地非常親切。

JoannaBelle is a 22 years old model who hails from Kota Kinabalu in the Malaysian state of Sabah. She is of Chinese-Indian ancestry and will compete in this year’s Miss Universe contest.

This year’s Miss Universe Malaysia contest showcases the unrelentless efforts by the organizers to raise the standards of Miss Malaysia contest. They invited Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova to sit as one of the judges. They also invited former beauty queens to the contest and allowed them to share their experiences to the contestants. Eighteen Malaysian women competed in the event held at Royale Chulan in the capital city of Kuala Lumpur.
