窮學生食記 Poor Student Dinner

就取名為"蒜蓉塔巴留台米粉"

It’s very appreciate and cherish the chance of study for a poor student.  The life of study is anguish and hard for the oversea student (include me). For the change of life and get rid of poverty level, so we come Taiwan for further study.  I always appreciate Taiwan provide a high standard university education with cheap school fee.

Study with working is hard to taking into account, sometimes don’t have the money to eat, I will buy 500g of  Bee-Hon, use the hot water to boil cookong like instant noodle. Eat with the garlic sauce and tabasco, I dream one day I can live without worrying about meals, I will try my best to turn around my life. Thank you for the tasty bee-hon with garlic sauce and tabasco. Actually, I am lucky compare with the other who don’t have the food to eat and don’t have the chance to study.

The happiness of Hûi independent of his poverty.
The Master said, “Admirable indeed was the virtue of Hûi! With a single bamboo dish of rice, a single gourd dish of drink, and living in his mean narrow lane, while others could not have endured the distress, he did not allow his joy to be affected by it. Admirable indeed was the virtue of Hûi!”

對於一個跨越南中國海來到台灣念書的窮學生是幸運的，我一直懷著這樣的感激去努力奮鬥，卻苦於半工半讀，總無法好好的專注完成學業，有時候我也很希望自己能夠好好的念書，但能夠靜下來的時間恐怕只有在睡覺的時候。

常常要擔心零用錢是否足夠應付生活，吃得很節儉。每次總是買一大包米粉，搭配蒜蓉醬或者塔巴斯哥辣醬吃。為了改變命運，我們跨越海洋來這裡學習，為了完成學業我們奮鬥，我一直很感謝台灣提供高品質教育和低廉的學費讓我們學習。

打工念書已經習以為常，有時候我也想像本地生一樣，不必擔心三餐的問題（當然也有人是在擔心），可以好好享受大學生活，或許這樣的生活也是一種享受吧。比起那些沒有機會受教育和沒有飯吃人而言，我們實在幸運太多了。
